Exterior
- All doors, windows, gates, and out-buildings locked and secured
- Lights on timers set
- Driveways, patios, walkways, and decks cleared of trash
- Deck chairs and cushions brought inside and stored
- Boat washed down and covered
Interior
- House cleaning (hourly rates apply)
- Sheets and towels washed and stored
- Dishes washed and put away
- Heat/air conditioning set to appropriate level
- Trash placed out for collection
- Water turned off
- House winterized as appropriate and authorized
- Furniture covered as requested
- Fireplace cleaned out
- Security system engaged
